The database (Oracle Autonomous Database) is located in the eu-zurich-1 region. Public traffic passes through Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which terminates TLS and provides denial-of-service protection.
4. What the service does
Facturette is an app a merchant installs in their Shopify admin. It turns each paid order into a Factur-X invoice (PDF/A-3 with embedded EN 16931 XML), issues the matching credit note when an order is refunded, and — within the plan's monthly allowance — files B2B invoices with the certified platform (Plateforme Agréée) the merchant has chosen.

(https://facturette.minhan-tran.fr/privacy). Facturette acts as a processor within the meaning of article 28
GDPR: the controller is the merchant operating the store.

6. Intellectual property
The application's code, its interface, its documentation and this notice are the property of Alexandre TRAN. The invoices the app produces belong to the merchant, who is free to do as they wish with them.
Shopify and Factur-X are trademarks of their respective owners. Facturette is an independent app and is not published by Shopify.
7. Reporting unlawful content
